     The main priority at RBdelaa Lighting is a complete satisfaction of our customers. We constantly work on making shopping with us customer-friendly, easy and enjoyable. An essential part of this

     process is well-organized proceeding of the orders and timely delivery of the goods to the customer. The products ship from manufacturers’ warehouses using UPS or Federal Express services

     anywhere within the United States and Canada.

     Shipping Rates

     Ligthtingbyrbdelaa.com offers free shipping on all orders over $49.00 delivered by Standard Ground to the 48 states. Free shipping offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.

     Orders less than $49.00 will be charged for shipping according to the existing rates.

     Please note that Free Shipping offer is for a limited time and subject to change.

     Estimated Shipment Times

     Each product page shows the particular manufacturer’s estimated shipment time. It includes the average time an order requires to be processed and shipped out.

     Although we do our best to provide you with accurate shipping times, these times are not a guarantee.  In case your order is time sensitive, please contact us to check if we can process it in a certain

     time frame.

     On weekends and holidays, any orders received will not be processed until the next business day.

     Shipments usually arrive 1-6 business days from the time they leave the warehouse.

     Order and Shipping Confirmations and Tracking

     Soon after placing the order, we’ll send you an email confirming that we have received it. You’ll get the second email when your order has shipped with its tracking number and estimated delivery time

     for your convenience. Once products are delivered to you, you will receive an email with the completed order notification.

     Backorders

     If your order includes more than one item, they may be shipping out from different warehouses. Multiple packages your order breaks into usually come at different times which you are going to be

     notified about.  

     In case manufacturer’s warehouse does not have an item needed and therefore we are unable to ship the complete order, we reserve the right to ship inventory in stock and backorder delayed items.

     You will be notified of the estimated delivery time for the backordered products via mail. You won’t be charged additional shipping charges for backordered items.
