Since lighting fixtures are fragile, no matter how well they are packed, sometimes they may come in damaged. Please inspect the package you receive and contact us in case products are defected.
We will ship out replacement glass or parts at no cost to you as soon as possible. If it is irreparable, we will do our best to quickly return and replace the item. Please let us know if you received the
damaged products within 30 days after delivery.
We know that for various reasons you may need to return a product you ordered from us. We do not charge restocking fee on returned items!
